Description of Services


    This is an urgent immediate service requirement charged at $150.00/hr for the first 2 hours and then ON-CALL rates apply. Priority service 2-4 work hour response.


    This is "as required" service, charged at 95.00/hour with a minimum of 2 hours including travel time. Travel charge $0.65/km. Parts are extra. Second priority service with 4-8 working hour response.


   Four working hour (or less) on-site arrival of a technician once a service call is called into our dispatch with the SERIAL number and the problem description. This also includes quarterly scheduled preventive maintenance and SERIALIZING and mapping the systems at the inspection for service acceptability.
    Preventive maintenance includes cleaning with solvent all monitors, keyboards and vacuuming out tower and desktop systems. A visual inspection of fans is done at this time.
    At anytime the customer can request a history on any unit under this contract as to what was done and when. The quoted prices include all labor and travel on the equipment.


    In addition to the ANNUAL LABOR ONLY CONTRACT all the parts used in repairs of units under contract are included.
    Labor required for any upgrades to a unit under contract during the year is at no charge.
    Should a repair on a unit under contract not be completed in 24 working hours, a LOANER is supplied with the minimum specification of the device that is defective- including hard drive transfer.  If the problem is the hard drive, data recovery from a supplied back up will be done at no charge.

Annual services are payable annually in advance.
